En este trabajo se ha realizado un analisis espectroscopico de la emision producida por impacto electronico sobre cf2x2 (x=cl, h, br) y ch4 a baja presion, obteniendose una informacion directa de los estados energeticos y mecanismos de formacion de fragmentos ionicos y neutros. Los parametros determinados han sido los tiempos de vida de estados excitados, los umbrales y las funciones de excitacion hasta energias proximas a los 600 ev. Se ha comprobado que los fragmentos producidos por impacto electronico, y sus mecanismos de formacion, son en general diferentes a los que se producen por fotodisociacion.
