Se ha propuesto la modelizacion de la dispersion rayleigh mediante un operador de boltzmann-fokker-planck como alternativa al tradicional de boltzmann con el que se obtienen representaciones de las matrices de fuentes de dispersion positivas y no oscilatorias.  se ha realizado un analisis de los efectos de ligadura de los electrones atomicos en el tratamiento de la dispersion compton. La constatacion de que la implementacion de la modelizacion standard puede conducir a la existencia de fuentes de dispersion negativas de valores relativamente importante, ha aconsejado plantear una redefinicion de los momentos de legendre utilizados, en aras de conseguir que dichas fuentes sean \u00abcasi nulas\u00bb para dispersiones entre direcciones prohibidas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
