Cruz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han utilizado diferentes ensayos in vitro e in vivo para determinar la sensibilidad de los b adrenoceptores y asi evaluar la respuesta funcional del corazon humano denervado, despues del trasplante cardiaco. Ensayo in vivo para determinar la sensibilidad de los b-adrenoceptores.  durante infusiones intravenosas de adrenalina, en las que se alcanzaron concentraciones plasmaticas fisiologicas, moderadas y altas, la respuesta cardiovascular de los pacientes con trasplante cardiaco se comparo con la de sujetos control. Tambien se evaluaron la extraccion cardiaca de adrenalina asi como la liberacion de noradrenalina.  los pacientes con trasplante cardiaco responden a la adrenalina con mayores incrementos de la frecuencia cardiaca sugiriendo una supersensibilidad cronotropica a las catecolaminas circulantes. Algun paciente mostro valores altos de liberacion cardiaca de noradrenalina, indicativo de un posible grado de reinervacion, que no se corroboro con una respuesta normal de la frecuencia cardiaca.  a un paciente con trasplante cardiaco heterotopico se le administro isoprenalina en forma de infusion intravenosa a dos dosis bajas. Durante los tres primeros meses post-trasplante el corazon donante mostro valores crecientes en la densidad de b-adrenoceptores asi como de actividad de adenililciclasa, acompa\u00f1ado de una frecuencia cardiaca basal superior y de un mayor incremento de la frecuencia como respuesta a la isoprenalina, que el corazon receptor.
