Gema <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos de la tesis son optimizar la tecnica de rcp y valorar su aplicacion al diagnostico de la tuberculosis. Para ello, se ha estudiado 14 cepas de micobacteria y 204 muestras clinicas mediante dos tecnicas de rcp (amplificacion unica y doble) y tecnicas microbiologicas clasicas (tincion de ziehl-neelsen, cultivo en lowenstein-jensen).  con ambos protocolos detectamos una cantidad de adn correspondiente a 10 bacterias por muestra, y se amplifico exclusivamente m. Tuberculosis. El protocolo de doble amplificacion es preferible a la amplificacion unica por su mayor rapidez, simplicidad y sensibilidad en muestras clinicas, presentando una especificidad equivalente.
