En el trabajo se describe la fabricacion de los dispositivos mediante electron beam lithography. Se han estudiado las oscilaciones en la resistencia del dispositivo debidas a resonancias de conmensurabilidad entre el radio de la orbita de ciclotron y el periodo de la super-red artificial, obteniendose una estimacion de la amplitud del potencial modulador. Asimismo se ha estudiado un dispositivo fabricado en una heteroestructura de nuevo dise\u00f1o, en la que el gas de electrones se forma muy cerca de la superficie (28 nm). Las oscilaciones de conmensurabilidad en este dispositivo muestran un primer armonico que confirma el aumento de contraste del potencial y la viabilidad de la estructura para la fabricacion de nuevos
