Se estudian los diferentes niveles de interseccion entre informatica y educacion: tanto en objetivos generales de educacion informatica y de informatica educativa como a nivel de hardware y de software y de las distintas posibilidades y realidades de estos dentro del mercado actual.  se estudian tambien los tipos de dificultades de los casos desfasados asi como los factores que genericamente se interrelacionan: tanto desde la escuela como desde la familia.
