Los objetivos son: purificacion de los afl, separacion de las actividades, caracterizacion de la actividad al solitaria, determinar si el anticuerpo especifico purificado tiene reactividad cruzada con todos los fl anionicos, y ver si las actividades acl y al dependen de un cofactor. Aplicamos varias metodolog\u00edas de purificacion (cromatografia en columna y liposomas) a un mismo grupo de pacientes con patolog\u00eda autoinmune poseedores de una o varias de las actividades afl. Las conclusiones son que: la columna de poliacrilamida y cl tiene mas rendimiento que los liposomas y separa la actividad acl de la al. La actividad slfp no se separa con ningun metodo. La actividad al solitaria al aplicar las tecnicas de purificacion tiene un comportamiento distinto que la que va acompa\u00f1ada de acl. El anticuerpo acl purificado tiene reaccion cruzada con todos los fl anionicos con titulos similares pero no con los neutros.  la apolipoproteina h, o cofactor del anticuerpo acl, es imprescindible segun las tecnicas de dilucion y en la tecnica de sds-page se detecta una proteina de 50 kd que es el pm del cofactor. La protrombina o posible cofactor de la actividad al no la detectamos en el eluido por la tecnica de sds-page. Al aplicar una igg purificada, con actividad al, a unos liposomas de cl con los posibles cofactores no conseguimos volver a eludir la igg ni a\u00f1adiendo plasma normal a la
