En primer lugar, estudiar la participacion de las funciones proteasica y recombinativa de la proteina reca en la resistencia a cisplatino, analizando la contribucion de las vias de recombinacion dependientes de recb y recf en la reparacion del dna de e. Coli lesionado por cisplatino, y estableciendo la importancia de los productos de los genes recb y recf en los procesos de induccion de la respuesta sos por este compuesto de platino. En segundo lugar, constituir una bateria de ensayos genotoxicos de caracter bacteriano util para el \u00abprescreening\u00bb de nuevos derivados de platino con posible actividad antitumoral.  los resultados obtenidos indican que los sucesos recombinativos dependientes de reca que tienen lugar despues de lesionar la celula con cisplatino estan mediados por las vias de reparacion postreplicativas recb y recf. Asimismo, los productos de los genes recb y recf tienen una participacion activa en la desrepresion de las funciones sos por cisplatino.
