Gloria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo fue la puesta a punto y evaluacion de un sistema de tipificacion molecular de salmonella basado en la hibridacion con sondas derivadas de la secuencia de insercion is200. Se construyo la sonda trimero is200-taq-taq, que fue capaz de detectar 10 5-10 6 celulas de salmonella en dot-blot. Esta sonda hibrido con el 87.4.\/. De las cepas de salmonella probadas y con ninguna de las cepas pertenecientes a otros generos, exceptuando shigella. Los serotipos typhimurium, enteritidis y typhi fueron tipificados por hibridacion con sondas de is200, que generaron patrones reproducibles y estables. El poder de discriminacion del metodo fue de 0.91-0.94 para typhimurium, 0.40-0.51 para enteritidis y de 1.0 para typhi. Este metodo tuvo mayor poder de discriminacion que el ribotipo para la tipificacion del serotipo typhimurium.
