describe la s\u00edntesis, a partir de \u00e1cido ent-hal\u00edmico (componente mayoritario de halimium viscosum, villarino de los aires), de tres ent-halimanolidas naturales, dos diterpeno-alcaloides an\u00e1logos de epi-agelasina-c y agelasimina-a y dos sesterterpenolidas cuyas estructuras corresponden a las asignadas a los productos naturales cladocoran a y b.  la s\u00edntesis de las ent-halimanolidas ha permitido corroborar su estructura y establecer la configuraci\u00f3n absoluta de las mismas.  la s\u00edntesis de las sesterterponolidas desde \u00e1cido ent-hal\u00edmico permite comprobar que las estructuras propuestas para los productos naturales cladocoran a y b no son correctas y por lo tanto deben ser revisadas.  se han realizado pruebas de actividad de 43 compuestos sintetizados en este trabajo, entre ellos se han encontrado compuestos moderadamente activos frente a diferentes tipos de bacterias y otros activos como antivirales. cabe destacar la
