Para ello se ha purificado en gran cantidad las rips de sa&#8212; mediante una optimizaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo cl\u00e1sico de obtenci\u00f3n de &#8212; b y ebulina l, y se han utilizado como transportadores selectivos el anticuerpo monoclonal 44g4 y la lectiva dim\u00e9rica seld, que se dirigen espec\u00edficamente a las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales de la vasculatura tumoral y a las c\u00e9lulas de carcinomas que sobreexpresan &#8212; de membrana (como el carcinoma  de calor humano), respectivamente. Desp\u00faes de optimizar las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n de los conjugados 44g4-niginab, 44g4-ebulina l y seldo-nigina b, adem\u00e1s de otros conjugados indirectos y con otras rips como la nigina b b\u00e1sica, se han obtenido inmunotoxicas y lectitoxinas muy activas y t\u00f3xicas en sistemas acelulares y tambi\u00e9n sobre las c\u00e9lulas blanco que expresan al ant\u00edgeno para el que est\u00e1n dirigidos, pero no han mostrado toxicidad en c\u00e9lulas no blanco ni en animales. Por tanto, estas mol\u00e9culas pdor\u00edan ser utilizadas en la terpia del c\u00e1ncer como f\u00e1rmacos que no da\u00f1an a c\u00e9lulas snas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
