Carmen Torres Lopez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo planteado ha sido el dise\u00f1o de un programa de accion tutorial para la ense\u00f1anza militar en regimen de internado y su posterior validacion. Se marco una linea base para el programa que variaria en funcion de las caracteristicas de los distintos centros docentes.  hipotesis: la actitud de los sujetos ante el programa sera distinta antes y despues de recibirlo, se producira una mejora en el rendimiento academico asi como en la integracion al sistema y una mayor interaccion profesor-alumno.                                    Se trabajo con dos centros de distinto nivel de ense\u00f1anza (\u00aba\u00bb y \u00abb\u00bb) y en cada uno de ellos con dos grupos:  control y experimental. Se utilizo un dise\u00f1o pre-experimental del tipo \u00abantes y despues\u00bb.  materiales: cuestionario (spss y p. Estadisticas no parametricas), entrevistas, observaciones y documentacion academica.                 El trabajo permitio validar el programa: en el centro \u00aba\u00bb existe un cambio de actitud en tres items del cuestionario y en el centro \u00abb\u00bb no se produce cambio. El rendimiento academico mejora en ambos centros.
