Se construye un modelo basado en el pert montecarlo, con introduccion de actividades hibridas, aleatorias y borrosas. Para las actividades aleatorias o las componentes aleatorias de las hibridas se consideran distribuciones beta, uniforme, normal y triangular. Se introducen numeros borrosos trapezoidales para representar la duracion de las actividades borrosas o las componentes borrosas de las hibridas. En un contexto mas general, se justifica la introduccion de numeros borrosos l-r, con una region superior plana. Se identifica y se calcula el camino critico, considerada su duracion como un numero borroso. Se efectuan aplicaciones practicas a la fabricacion de una carga util para un cohete de sondeo basico y a la instalacion de un gran ordenador en un centro de proceso de
