Presenta tambien un metodo experimental basado en anemometria laser.  el metodo teorico propuesto proporciona resultados concordantes con los obtenidos experimentalmente, considerando fenomenos viscosos peque\u00f1os en comparacion con los producidos por las diferencias de presion entre las distintas lineas de corriente. Se resuelven por elementos finitos sobre una malla tridimensional las ecuaciones de navier-stokes, corrigiendo los resultados para considerar la contraccion de la vena liquida.  los ensayos para la
