En esta memoria demostramos que las c\u00e9lulas gramulosa del ovario expresan las isoformas inducibles nos2 y cox2 en respuesta al tratamiento singular con interleuquina 1beta (il1beta) y que este efecto se amplifica estimulando simult\u00e1neamente con la gonadotrofina hipofisaria fsh o los neurop\u00e9ptidos estructuralmente relacionados vip (p\u00e9ptido intestinal vasoactivo) y pacap (p\u00e9ptido activador de adenilato ciclasa de la pituitaria). Usando diferentes pautas de estimulaci\u00f3n y diferentes inhibidores de los dos enzimas inducibles demostramos adem\u00e1s que la biosintesis de prostaglandinas no afecta la actividad nos2 pero que el no es imprescindible para la actividad catal\u00edtica cox2 que depende de efectos estabilizadores sore su mrna y proteina. El efecto amplificador de la fsh y los neurop\u00e9ptidos (vip y pacap) depende de su capacidad para inducir la bios\u00edntesis de tetrahidrobiopterina (bh4) que act\u00faa como cofactor no enzim\u00e1tico\/estructural imprescindible para que la nos2 mantenga una conformaci\u00f3n homodim\u00e9rica, antiparalela y catal\u00edticamente activa. En esta memoria adem\u00e1s de comprobar que el bh4 juega un papel inhibitorio directo sobre la actividad catal\u00edtica cox2, demostramos que los efectos estimuladores de la fsh y los neurop\u00e9ptidos (vip y pacap) sobre la transcripci\u00f3n y actividad optima de los enzimas esteroidog\u00e9nicos (prote\u00edna star y enzimas p450scc y 3bhsd) depende directamente de los niveles
