Magdalena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mediante el estudio de poblaciones f2 y f3 de los cruzamientos abadia x mexicali, oscar x ardente, oscar x mexicali y alaga x claro de balazote se pretende analizar la relacion entre las prolaminas del endospermo y la calidad semolera en variedades espa\u00f1olas de trigo duro.  el estudio de las f2 mediante electroforesis ha permitido determinar las variantes alelicas, localizacion cromosomica y distancia genetica de las prolaminas codificadas por los loci glu-1, glu-3, gli-1 y gli-3. La influencia de las distintas prolaminas sobre la calidad se ha determinado en las f3 mediante las pruebas sds-sedimentacion y mixografo. Las gluteninas de bajo peso molecular del locus glu-b3 son las que tienen una mayor influencia sobre la calidad, siendo las mejores variantes las subunidades 1=2 8, todas ellas asociadas a la gliadina y-45.
