Se ha aportado una vision plurimetodica para comprender y dar respuesta a las continuas dificultades de la ense\u00f1anza de las matematicas a la educacion secundaria obligatoria. los objetivos marcados en su fase practica han sido:  a. Descubrir las estrategias que emplean los estudiantes cuando trabajan cooperativamente y contrastarlas con las que ponen en funcionamiento cuando trabajan de forma individual.  b. Valorar las ventajas e inconvenientes de este metodo de trabajo sobre el aprendizaje y desarrollo personal y social de los estudiantes.  c.
