En la presente memoria se estudia la aplicacion a sistemas heterociclicos de dos metodos de activacion anionica, la catalisis por transferencia de fase solido-liquido en ausencia de disolvente y la activacion por n-oxidacion.  para el estudio de la activacion por cif solido-liquido sin disolvente se ha escogido la alquilacion de la 2-piridona. El empleo de este sustrato cuya reactividad ha sido ampliamente estudiada permitira determinar claramente la influencia de la tecnica en el rendimiento y la selectividad.  en segundo lugar se estudiara la sintesis de n-oxidos de pirazol y su utilidad en reacciones de desprotonacion seguida de adicion de electrofilos. El estudio de la reactividad de n-oxidos de pirazol se inscribe dentro de una linea de activacion de azoles por n-oxidacion y representa la segunda etapa despues del estudio de la actividad de
