Concretamente se han utilizado las funciones ecepp de scheraga y cvff de hagler et al. Y los programas de calculo ecepp\/2 y discover. El primero de ellos ha sido modificado para permitir el estudio de dos cadenas peptidicas. En cuanto a las tecnicas, se han realizado minimizaciones de energia, dinamicas moleculares y calculos de energia libre.  el estudio se ha centrado en tres casos particulares. En primer lugar, se presenta el estudio de la dimerizacion del tripeptido lys-ala-ala, que habia sido caracterizado mediante difraccion de rx, encontrandose un buen acuerdo entre la estructura experimental y las determinadas en el trabajo. En segundo lugar se ha abordado el estudio de diversos peptidos modelos y sus ciclos formados por puentes disulfuro, centrando la atencion en el efecto de la longitud de la cadena y la ciclacion sobre la flexibilidad. Por ultimo, se ha estudiado el sistema (cys-pro-d-val-cys)2, con el objetivo de analizar sus posibilidades como secuestrante especifico de iones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
