En este trabajo analizamos los procesos que ocurren durante la incorporacion a las organizaciones. Concebimos las tacticas de socializacion como las configuraciones que pueden adoptar las situaciones y procedimientos de socializacion organizacional.  para llevar a cabo los objetivos propuestos se utiliza un dise\u00f1o longitudinal la muestra de este estudio se caracteriza por estar formada por jovenes que se han incorporado recientemente a un puesto de trabajo a jornada completa.  los dos grupos ocupacionales objetivo de la investigacion son administrativos y operarios del sector del metal.  los resultados empiricos de este estudio los hemos agrupado en tres bloques; estructura y antecedentes de las tacticas, realizamos la adaptacion pscometrica de los instrumentos de medida utilizados y analizamos las relaciones entre las tacticas y las caracteristicas de la organizacion y las caracteristicas laborales de los empleados. El analisis de las relaciones entre las tacticas de transicion muestra los efectos diferenciales que producen las tacticas de de socializacion sobre la innovacion de rol y sobre el cambio de las actitudes laborales de las personas que se incorporan a las organizaciones.  finalmente, detectamos igualmente relaciones entre las distintas tacticas de socializacion y la satisfaccion laboral de los
