Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio comparativo entre la toxicidad sistemica y la citotoxicidad.  el estudio \u00abin vivo\u00bb, tras intoxicacion cronica comprende numerosas determinaciones analiticas, tanto en higado, como en pancreas. De estas determinaciones, se deduce que el indice de determinacion de sintesis de adn, por incorporacion de timidina tritiada, es el ensayo que permite conocer rapidamente las alteraciones intracelulares, por hepatoxicidad. Los ensayos \u00abin vitro\u00bb realizados comprenden el estudio a nivel de permeabilidad de membrana y estudios que evaluan la funcionalidad y la reproduccion celular, se observa un proceso de restauracion celular a determinadas concentraciones y tiempos, esto tambien se aprecia en los ensayos \u00abin vivo\u00bb.
