{"id":14586,"date":"2018-03-09T09:01:21","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/recovery-process-of-reyclable-improved-bioproduct-acquired-from-chromed-solid-waste\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:01:21","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:01:21","slug":"recovery-process-of-reyclable-improved-bioproduct-acquired-from-chromed-solid-waste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/recovery-process-of-reyclable-improved-bioproduct-acquired-from-chromed-solid-waste\/","title":{"rendered":"Recovery process of reyclable improved bioproduct acquired from chromed solid waste"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Choque Aspiezu Rigoberto Rogelio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia la obtenci\u00f3n de un bioproducto mejorado (gelatina) reciclable a partir de residuos s\u00f3lidos cromados provenientes de la industria de curtidos.  en primer lugar, se realiza el estudio del proceso de descromaci\u00f3n de rebajaduras en medio b\u00e1sico, cuyo objetivo consiste en obtener las rebajaduras con una cantidad m\u00ednima de cromo residual, evitando, en lo posible, alterar la estructura primitiva de las prote\u00ednas que forman parte de la piel (principalmente col\u00e1geno).  una vez concluido el proceso de descromaci\u00f3n, se procede al estudio  del proceso de obtenci\u00f3n de gelatinas en una sola fase, utilizando como materia prima las rebajaduras descromadas y estudiando el efecto de diferentes agentes maduradores en la obtenci\u00f3n del bioproducto (gelatina).  para determinar las caracter\u00edsticas y calidad de las gelatinas obtenidas, se procede a la evaluaci\u00f3n de las mismas, mediante diferentes pruebas fisicoquimicas: fuerza del gel, contenido en cromo residual, viscosidad, materia org\u00e1nica, contenido en cenizas, etc.  se procede, a continuaci\u00f3n, al estudio y tratamiento de las aguas residuales generadas en el proceso de descromaci\u00f3n mediante la t\u00e9cnica de intercambio i\u00f3nico, cuyo objetivo es recuperar el cromo presente en las aguas residuales y descontaminar las mismas para su posterior vertido. Al mismo tiempo, se estudia el tratamiento del bioproducto obtenido mediante resinas de intercambio i\u00f3nico, para eliminar las impurezas, especialmente el cromo residual, y obtener un bioproducto de mayor calidad.  por \u00faltimo, se realiza una aplicaci\u00f3n practica del bioproducto obtenido (gelatina), estudiando el reciclado del mismo en la industria del cuero y la industria del
