Se han realizado estudios de cultivos de ce, valorando su comportamiento morfologico y actividad biologica durante los diferentes subcultivos, estableciendo que el momento optimo para realizar la siembra es el 1er subcultivo. Se han realizado estudios de adhesion celular con la utilizacion de fibronectina y timidina marcadas isotopicamente. Se muestra que la fibronectina a dosis de 20ug\/ml mejora la adhesion de las ce sobre el biomaterial (eptfe). La porosidad del biomaterial influye en la estabilidad de la monocapa confluente, siendo mejor para su utilizacion como substrato de siembra el eptfe de 30um. Se creo un substrato natural formado por una monocapa de fibroblastos fijada posteriormente con etanol, sobre la cual se realiza la siembra de ce con la finalidad de mejorar la adherencia de las citadas celulas. Dicho substrato permitio el mantenimiento de la monocapa de ce durante un largo periodo de tiempo \u00abin vitro\u00bb.  de nuestros resultados podemos dise\u00f1ar un protocolo que consiste en:  -obtencion de las ce a partir del 1er subcultivo.  -creacion de un substrato natural utilizando fibroplastos fijados al biomaterial con etanol.  -siembra de las ce sobre el eptfe recubierto por el
