Para realizar este estudio hemos separado y caracterizado cineticamente las isoenzimas presentes en corazon y aorta de perro, y en plaquetas humanas. Los inhibidores mas potentes de la cgi-pde cardiaca se han probado en el resto de las isoenzimas presente en corazon para estudiar su selectividad.  debido a la importancia que tiene el gmpc en el mecanismo de la dilatacion del muculo liso vascular, hemos probado los mejores inhibidores de la cgi-pde en las isoenzimas de fosfodiesterasa del musculo liso vascular y hemos encontrado compuestos que inhiben potente y selectivamente a la isoenzima que hidroliza especificamente este nucleotido ciclico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Inhibicion
