En todos los casos se ha observafdo una cinetica parabolica, si bien las energias de activacion determinadas son caracteristicas para cada sistema. La utilizacion de hip ha permitido densificar un material con un nivel de aditivos muy bajo (1% y2o3). Es importante destacar que esta composicion posee una excelente resistencia a la oxidacion, que es un orden de magnitud superior a aquella de los materiales con alto contenido de aditivos. La microestructura de la capa oxidada depende de la composicion quimica inicial, de la temperatura de oxidacion y de la velocidad de enfriamiento. Las tecnicas de desprendimiento parcial de la capa de oxido y de adelgazamiento mediante bombardeo ionico desarrolladas durante el curso de este trabajo, han permitido descubrir que la capa oxidada esta compuesta por subcapas con importantes variaciones microestructurales desde la superficie externa hasta la intercara de reaccion. La subcapa de oxinitruro de silicio, cuyo espesor aumenta con el tiempo y la temperatura, supone una pasivacion adicional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
