{"id":14601,"date":"2018-03-09T09:01:22","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/modelo-temporal-y-de-potencia-disipada-basado-en-analisis-de-sensibilidad\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:01:22","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:01:22","slug":"modelo-temporal-y-de-potencia-disipada-basado-en-analisis-de-sensibilidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/modelo-temporal-y-de-potencia-disipada-basado-en-analisis-de-sensibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Modelo temporal y de potencia disipada basado en an\u00e1lisis de sensibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> JavierAgust\u00edn Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se presenta una metodolog\u00eda con la que desarrollar modelos que describan las caracter\u00edsticas de inter\u00e9s de los circuitos electr\u00f3nicos, as\u00ed, como su aplicaci\u00f3n al modelado del tiempo de propagaci\u00f3n y la potencia disipada por los circuitos l\u00f3gicos combinacionales.  el objetivo fundamental es obtener un modelo f\u00e1cil de usar y que se obtengan resultados fiables con un tiempo de cpu mucho menor que el empleado en las simulaciones spice.  la metodolog\u00eda se basa en el concepto de sensibilidad que permite, en primer lugar, discernir el conjunto m\u00ednimo de par\u00e1metros de los que depende la respuesta de cierta propiedad del circuito explotando el concepto de sensibilidad y atendiendo a un criterio de precisi\u00f3n-sencillez del modelo.  la utilidad de los modelos de estimaci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas temporales y\/o los consumos de potencia reside en el estudio de la sensibilidad que presentan las magnitudes objeto de estudio con un tiempo de cpu bajo. Las magnitudes son entre otras: el tiempo de propagaci\u00f3n, las tensiones de salida, las corrientes de drenador; a variaciones de par\u00e1metros de modelado. los par\u00e1metros de modelado son: los par\u00e1metros del modelo spice utilizado, la relaci\u00f3n de aspecto de los transistores usados, el fan-out, etc. Estos modelos de estimaci\u00f3n se obtienen a partir de simulaciones.
