Se analiza la influencia sobre la constante de velocidad: a) de la concentracion de diversas bases (sosa, trifluormetanol, hexafluoretanol); b) la caracterizacion del estado de transicion a partir de los parametros de bronsted y el efecto del grupo saliente; c) el efecto de los sustituyentes alquilicos en el carbono alfa; d) la descomposicion de n-ci-metil- -aminoacidos, para comprobar el efecto de un grupo metilo sobre el nitrogeno; e) descomposicion de hidroxiaminoacidos. Estos estudios permiten concluir que el mecanismo a traves del cual transcurren estas reacciones es un mecanismo concertado en lugar de un mecanismo e1cbirr como se habia considerado hasta el
