En este sentido, aborda el conjunto de la producci\u00f3n kelseniana desde la \u00f3ptica facilitada por las investigaciones iusetnol\u00f3gicas y iussociol\u00f3gicas realizadas por el maestro vien\u00e9s con vistas a una delimitaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rico-transcendental del significado y origen de las categor\u00edas jur\u00eddicas. Justificada as\u00ed su necesidad, el  estudio pasa a analizar la estructura del orden jur\u00eddico seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda pura del derecho, hasta desembocar en el problema de la norma fundamental como basamento \u00faltimo del sistema. Problema que aqu\u00ed es abordado en t\u00e9rminos facilitados por la reflexi\u00f3n hermen\u00e9utica contempor\u00e1nea y sus peculiares instrumentos de
