Con este fin se han estudiado policristales de y psz (4 mo1%) y monocristales de y psz (5 mo1%) sometidos a diferentes tratamientos termicos durante diferentes periodos de tiempo. Los perfiles de difraccion obtenidos se han analizado mediante el metodo de rietveld siendo la informacion suministrada por esta tecnica el punto de partida para la realizacion del analisis
