Se modelizan la distribucion de especies y las ecuaciones que rigen los procesos de complejacion, difusion y adsorcion para ligandos macromoleculares homofuncionales. Se encuentran, mediante transformadas de laplace, expresiones generales para las tecnicas impulsionales (concentraciones, intensidad, perfiles) bajo hipotesis de exceso de ligando simple. Para algunas tecnicas (rpp, npp, dpp) se hallan expresiones analiticas para el caso sin adsorcion, con adsorcion lineal y saturacion superficial con adsorcion fuerte, los casos no analiticos se resuelven con el metodo de huber. Se concluye la independencia de la corriente limite rpp respecto a la adsorcion de reactivo. Se aplican algunos resultados teoricos a medidas experimentales de cd\/pma (acido polimetaacrilico), hallandose la constante de estabilidad y parametros de adsorcion. La resolucion rigurosa para el caso de movilidades iguales permite contrastar la validez de la hipotesis de exceso de ligando en este caso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
