El ligamento discomaleolar constituye en fetos humanos una estructura morfologica que se extiende desde la parte posterior del disco articular temporomandibular hasta el oido medio, fijandose en la cara lateral del cartilago de meckel y esbozo cartilaginoso del hueso martillo.
