Y 20 mg\/kg (i.P) dos veces d\u00eda durante tres d\u00edas) en dos sistemas efectores celulares como son los canales de potasio dependientes de atp y la na+, k+-atpasa sinaptosomal a nivel del sistema nerviosos central.  en una primera fase se evalu\u00f3 la modulaci\u00f3n inducida por la administraci\u00f3n mantenida de la morfina sobre las propiedades de fijaci\u00f3n del radiolognado (3h)glibenclamida, con la finalidad de observar si la tolerancia a la morfina produc\u00eda cambios adpatativos sobre los canales de potasio dependientes de atp.  en una segunda fase es estudi\u00f3 la modulaci\u00f3n tanto por la administraci\u00f3n aguda como cr\u00f3nica de la morfina sobre la na+, k+-atpasa cerebral y la implicaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas g en dicha modulaci\u00f3n.  en una tercera fse, se valor\u00f3 la implicaci\u00f3n funcional in vivo de la estimulaci\u00f3n de la na+,k+-atpasa en la analgesia inducida por la morfina, tanto en animales controles como en tolerantes a este opioide.  claramente queda demostrado en esta tesis doctoral que la tolerancia a la mforina efectivamente produce cambios adpatativos tanto en los canales de potasio dependientes de atp como en la actividad enzim\u00e1tica de la na+, k+-atpasa cerebral. Igualmente queda demostrado en este trabajo que la administraci\u00f3n aguda de la morfina produce un aumento de la actividad de la na+, k+-atpasa sinaptosomal y que este efecto es modulado a trav\u00e9s de las prote\u00ednas gi\/o sensibles a la toxina pert\u00fasica (bloqueante selectivo de este subtipo de prote\u00ednas g). Finalmente fue tambi\u00e9n demostrado que la estimulaci\u00f3n in vitro de la actividad de la na+, k+-atpasa inducida por la morfina tiene efectivamente una repercusi\u00f3n funcional in vivo, puesto
