La administraci\u00f3n de agonistas glutamat\u00e9rgicos, como el \u00e1cido ka\u00ednico, que replican fielmente la situaci\u00f3n patol\u00f3gica, constituye un modelo experimental de sordera para el estudio de estas patolog\u00edas.  en la presente tesis doctoral se aborda el estudio de la capacidad de protecci\u00f3n del sistema eferente lateral coclear frente a la neurotoxicidad inducida por \u00e1cido ka\u00ednico en el receptor auditivo de la rata. Para ello se han evaluado los efectos derivados del uso de tres agonistas dopaminergicos, skf, bromocriptina y apomorfina frente a ls efecto sobre la fibra aferente primaria coclear provocados por la administracion intracoclear de acido ka\u00ednico. De los resultados obtenidos se concluye que la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores postsinapticos dopaminergicos de la fibra aferente de tipo i coclear, por parte de estos agonistas dopaminergicos, reduce considerablemente los da\u00f1os neurot\u00f3xicos producidos por el \u00e1cido ka\u00ednico en el receptor auditivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
