La f\u00e1cil automatizaci\u00f3n del procedimiento anal\u00edtico mediante un sistema fia junto a la ausencia de la necesidad de esperar el equilibrio de la reacci\u00f3n ant\u00edgeno-anticuerpo, gracias al estricto control de las distintas etapas que permite este sistema, hace atractiva la aplicaci\u00f3n de este dise\u00f1o para la determinaci\u00f3n de un pesticida de espeical inter\u00e9s como es el caso de la atrazina.  una segunda configuraci\u00f3n que se acerca m\u00e1s al concepto de inmunosensor, implica la adaptaci\u00f3n de un m\u00e9todo elisa directamente sobre la superficie de un transductor, en este caso electroqu\u00edmico. La inmovilizaci\u00f3n del anticupero espec\u00edfico junto a un pol\u00edmero redox en una estructura tridimensional permite determinar la magnitud de la reacci\u00f3n inmunol\u00f3gica mediante el acoplamiento de la transferencia de electrones inherentes al ciclo catal\u00edtico de la enzima conjugada, utilizada como marcador, con la superficie electr\u00f3dica. atrazina y digoxina con sus respectivos requerimientos anal\u00edticos son los analitos determinados con este inmunosensor.  finalmente, basado en la formaci\u00f3n de una estructura ordenada y modular en forma de monocapas sobre la superficie de un electrodo, se desarrolla un inmunosensor amperom\u00e9trico para la detecci\u00f3n del analito digoxina. En esta arquitectura, las distintas biomol\u00e9culas y el pol\u00edmero redox se depositan en sucesivas capas autoensambladas retenidas por inter<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
