Debido a que las nano-emulsiones son sistemas termodin\u00e1micamente inestables requieren de energ\u00eda para su formaci\u00f3n.  esta energ\u00eda puede ser suminsitrada por m\u00e9todos de dispersi\u00f3n (m\u00e9todos mec\u00e1nicos o de alta energ\u00eda) y por m\u00e9todos de dispersi\u00f3n (m\u00e9todos fisicoqu\u00edmicos o de baja energ\u00eda). El objetivo general de la presente tesis ha sido estudiar la formaci\u00f3n de nano-emulsiones utilizando m\u00e9todos de condensaci\u00f3n y relacionar las propiedades de dichas emulsiones con las fases presentes en el sistema con el fin de profundizar en el conocimiento de los mecanismos de su formaci\u00f3n. se estudi\u00f3 la formaci\u00f3n de nano-emulsiones de fase externa acuosa en sistemas agua\/tensioactivos no i\u00f3nicos\/componente oleoso, mediante diferentes \u00f3rdenes de adici\u00f3n de los componentes.
