En segundo lugar, se aplic\u00f3 la tecnica mas novedosa de microextracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spme), la cual permite una mayor simplicidad y un menor tratamiento de muestra.  tambien se analizaron muestras de tejido adiposo humano, las cuales presentan una elevada complejidad por su alto contenido lipidico.
