Las actividades enizm\u00e1ticas se analizaron en plasma, ri\u00f3n, aur\u00edcula derecha, pulm\u00f3n, ventr\u00edculo izquierdo y cayado a\u00f3rtico de ratas normotensas e hipertensas (g2r1c), tratadas y no tratadas con el antagonista de los receptores at1: valsartan. Los resultados sugieren un metabolismo reducido de la ang ii en el pulm\u00f3n y la aorta de ratas g2r1c. Esta reducci\u00f3n podr\u00eda prolongar la vida media de la ang ii y contribuir as\u00ed al mentenimiento de la hipertensi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, el valsartan, aument\u00f3 la activiad degradativa de ang ii en el cayado a\u00f3rtico de ratas normotensas pero no de las hipertensas. Por otro lado, en el ri\u00f1\u00f3n, las principales diferencias producidas por la hipertensi\u00f3n o el tratamiento con valsartan se observaron en la actividad degradativa de ang iii y en la actividad degradativa de vasopresina.  estos cambios enzim\u00e1ticos podr\u00edan suferir respectivamente, modificaciones en el flujo sangu\u00edneo del ri\u00f1\u00f3n no isqu\u00e9mico y una conesi\u00f3n funcional entre el receptro at1 y la actividad degradativa de vasopresina a nivel renal. en definitiva, estos resultados sugieren un papel importante para estas actividades
