Se han empleado las hip\u00f3tesis de la mec\u00e1nica de la fractura el\u00e1stico-lineal, con la consecuente definici\u00f3n del factor de intensidad de tensi\u00f3n din\u00e1mico.  para resolver \u00e9ste complejo problema se comenz\u00f3 por uno m\u00e1s sencillo: ondas propag\u00e1ndose en un medio tridimensional que se puede representar de forma esclar. Luego se resolvi\u00f3 al problema elastodin\u00e1mico. La resoluci\u00f3n de estos problemas a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de los elementos de contorno en el dominio del tiempo es inestable para algunas combinaciones de representaci\u00f3n espacial y temporal, por ello ha sido necesario incorporar m\u00e9todos que estabilizan la soluci\u00f3n, presentando dos nuevos m\u00e9todos que resuelven dicho problema. Por \u00fatlimo, para representar los fuertes grandientes de tensiones en el v\u00e9rtice de la grieta, se ha empleado en la representaci\u00f3n espacial el elemento singular a un
