Se comprueba que la v\u00eda c\u00edclica no es adecuada en fase s\u00f3lida dado que no es posible la obtenci\u00f3n de 2-metoxi-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahidropiridin-3-carbonitrilos. se desarrolla una biblioteca combinatoria mediante una v\u00eda ac\u00edclica, a trav\u00e9s de la obtenci\u00f3n de los correspondientes aductos de michael por tratamiento de \u00e9steres alfa,beta-insaturados con malononitrilo y ulterior ciclaci\u00f3n con amidinas.  se estudia la s\u00edntesis de 1,6-naftiridinas ancladas a la resina mediante la posici\u00f3n r2. Se comprueba que la ciclaci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida de los sistemas dicianometilenpirid\u00ednicos con bromuro de hidr\u00f3geno conduce a la escisi\u00f3n del soporte polim\u00e9rico de la naftiridina resultante. La ciclaci\u00f3n de dichos sistemas pirid\u00ednicos con aminas permite la obtenci\u00f3n de una biblioteca de 1,6-naftiridinas en fase s\u00f3lida.  se estudia la s\u00edntesis de pirido(2,3-d)pirimidinas ancladas a la resina mediante la posici\u00f3n g (ipso- del compuesto carbon\u00edlico alfa,beta-insaturado de partida). Se comprueba que al aducto de michel correspondiente debe obtenerse por tratamiento con malononitrilo en naome\/thf dado que en presencia de metanol se produce transesterificaci\u00f3n. Las subsiguientes etapas permiten la obtenci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan dicha estrategia ac\u00edclica, de una biblioteca de compuestos.  se aplica la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada para la obtenci\u00f3n de 1,6-naftiridinas unidas al soporte polim\u00e9tico por la posici\u00f3n r2 para obtener 1,6-naftiridinas unidas a la resina por la posici\u00f3n g.  no ha sido posible acceder a pirido(2,3-d)pirimidinas y 1,6-naftiridinas unidas a la resina por la posici\u00f3n r1 (alfa- del compuesto carbon\u00edlico alfa,beta-insaturado de partida).  se estudia la s\u00edntesis de dos traceless linkers an\u00e1logos al benzaldehido y a la acetofenona.
