En primer lugar estudiamos la reaccion de beta-aminoenonas con funciones alfa-aminadas(alfa-aminocetonas, alfa-aminoesteres, alfa-aminotrilos y alfa-aminoamidas) que proporciona pirroles alfa o beta-funcionalizados de modo regioselectivo. Se ha determinado la influencia de la naturaleza de los sustituyentes enaminonicos y de la alfa-aminofuncion asi como de las condiciones experimentales en el curso de la reaccion. en segundo lugar estudiamos la sintesis de 2-acil y 2-etoxicarbonil tiofenos por reaccion de beta-aminoenonas n-cuaternizadas, beta-clorovinil cetonas y n-tosil-beta-aminoenonas con tiogricolato de etilo y alfa-mercaptocetonas. por ultimo abordamos la preparacion de derivados de 1,1-dioxo-2h-1,2,6-tiadizinas por reaccion de beta-aminoenonas o de beta-clorovinil cetonas con sulfamida y n-bencil sulfamida. Se determinan las limitaciones sinteticas impuestas por la naturaleza de los sustituyentes enaminonicos o de la beta-clorovinil cetona.
