Se determinan las constantes de velocidad de absorcion de orden uno, obtenidas en ausencia de tensiactivo y en presencia del mismo a la concentracion micelar critica (cmc) y a una concentracionsupramicelar (5%, m\/v). Asimismo se efectua un estudio de la lipofilia de los compuestos ensayados. Se han determinado las constantes cromatograficas de reparto, por cromatografia en capa fina y los factores de capacidad, mediante cromatografia liquida de alta eficacia.  a partir de los modelos biofisicos de absorcion propuestos, en las tres condiciones de ensayo, se establecen correlaciones entre las constantes de velocidad de absorcion y los parametros de lipofilia. En ausencia de tensiactivo, la correlacion es de tipo bihiperbolico, suma de una hiperbola directa, representativa de la difusion por membrana, y de otra inversa de poros, caracteristica del intestino delgado.  con tensiactivo a la cmc, es la suma de una ecuacion potencial de membrana y de una hiperbolica inversa de poros, identica, esta ultima, a la obtenida en ausencia de tensiactivo. A la concentracion supramicelar, la correlacion se describe por una ecuacion bilineal de membrana y otra hiperbolica inversa de poros, cuya magnitud es inferior a la hallada en ausencia de tensiactivo y en presencia del mismo a la cmc, por la existencia de solubilizacion micelar.  los resultados obtenidos ajustan perfectamente a las ecuaciones previstas por los citados modelos.
