En los cap\u00edtulos te\u00f3ricos se realiza una revisi\u00f3n de las principales corrientes te\u00f3ricas que se ocupan del marketing relacional, sus componentes, antecedentes y consecuencias en los mercados industriales. En la parte emp\u00edrica se prueba el modelo dise\u00f1ado donde se encuentran importantes diferencias en las relaciones entre los compradores industriales y sus proveedores en funci\u00f3n de la jerarqu\u00eda de estos \u00faltimos (principal o tercero) y del tipo de dependencia (sim\u00e9trica o asim\u00e9trica) que en ellas se sostiene. En las conclusiones se muestra la necesidad de plantear una diferente gesti\u00f3n del marketing relacional en funci\u00f3n de estas caracter\u00edsticas.  el contenido de la tesis se desglosa en los siguientes cap\u00edtulos:  1,- origen y conceptualizaci\u00f3n del marketing de relaciones en los mercados industriales.  2,- los niveles de estudio de las relaciones.  3,- desarrollo de un modelo conceptual de marketing relacional.  4,- dise\u00f1o, metodolog\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n y modelo de medida.  5,- an\u00e1lisis de un modelo causal-estructural.  6,- resultados de la
