{"id":15024,"date":"2002-08-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-08-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/toxicidad-del-cadmio-en-neuronas-corticales-de-rata\/"},"modified":"2002-08-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-08-01T00:00:00","slug":"toxicidad-del-cadmio-en-neuronas-corticales-de-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/toxicidad-del-cadmio-en-neuronas-corticales-de-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Toxicidad del cadmio en neuronas corticales de rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Estrella L\u00f3pez Martin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El cadmio es un contaminante cuya presencia en el ambiente se ha incrementado significativamente como consecuencia del desarrollo de las industrias modernas. aunque existen evidencia de que el cadmio interfiere en una serie de funciones importantes del sistema nervioso, incluyendo los movimientos de calcio a trav\u00e9s de las membranas, y a la liberaci\u00f3n y recaptaci\u00f3n de neurotransmisores, los efectos sobre la excitabilidd neuronal y los mecanismos que dan lugar a la neutrotoxidad se desconocen.  el objetivo de esta tesis ha sido determinar la neurotoxidad del cadmio. para ello, se ha utilizado como modelo las neuronas corticales de rata en cultivo primario.
