Para contrastar el modelo se ha realizado la experimentacion correspondiente con el sistema o-nitrofenil- -d-galactopiranosido\/ -galactosidasa inmovilizada en chromosorb-w por enlace covalente a traves de los grupos amino de la proteina.  el trabajo incluye un estudio comparativo de distintos derivados inmovilizados, un estudio hidrodinamico, y la comprobacion del grado de mezcla de los reactores utilizados en la comprobacion del modelo.  comparando los valores teoricos y experimentales de conversion, el 92.5 se desvian en menos de un 10% de error relativo, lo que valida el
