interfaciales constituye uno de los campos de investigacion mas interesantes tanto desde un punto de vista teorico como aplicado, ya que controlan numerosos procesos de interes biomedico e industriales como los de separacion proteica, el estudio de biomembranas, el desarrollo de materiales superconductores, la aplicaci\u00f3n de materiales destinarios, la fabricacion de productos de cosmetica, productos alimenticios, pesticidas, lubricantes y deter,etc, es decir, todos aquellos procesos relacionados con la adsorcion, la adhesion, el mojado, la extension, etc.  para caracterizar las propiedades de la interfase se utilizan la tension interfacial y el angulo de contacto como magnitudes fundamentales de mas facil acceso experimental.  para la medida de estas magnitudes se ha dise\u00f1ado y construido un instrumento automatico y versatil que a traves del analisis de la geometria de la gota sesil y\/o pendiente, utilizando las tecnicas mas recientes del analisis numerico, tratamiento de im\u00e1genes y teoria de control de sistemas, permite la determinacion de los parametros interfaciales.  el dispositivo dise\u00f1ado permite realizar tambien un seguimiento y control, basado en logica difusa, de la variacion temporal, en tiempo real, de las magnitudes caracteristicas del sistema (volumen, area superficial, etc.). esto posibilita realizar distintos tipos de experimentos en la interfase fluido-fluido como son la adsorcion\/desorcion de sustancias con actividad superficial, el estudio de compresion\/expansion de monocapas insolubles (balanza de superficies) e incluso estudios de penetracion de dichas monocapas. tambien permite la determinacion del angulo de contacto de avance y retroceso, lo que ayuda en la interpretacion correcta de la
