Para tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula inferiores a 50 um, concentraciones del medio l\u00edquido del 3% v\/v en hno3 y para tiempos y amplitudes de sonicaci\u00f3n, respectivos, de 180 s y 40%, la extraci\u00f3n al medio l\u00edquido del cd, pb y cu es total para la mayor\u00eda de los materiales estudiados; en el caso del cr no se encontraron condiciones \u00f3ptimas de extracci\u00f3n.  b,- oxidaci\u00f3n ultras\u00f3nica de especies organomercuriales. Los ultrasonidos son capaces de oxidar a especies organomercuriales (metilmercurio, fenilmercurio y totilmercurio) en medio l\u00edquido acidificado con hcl 1m; la oxidaci\u00f3n se realiza en tiempo tan breves como 120 s, a una amplitud de sonicaci\u00f3n del 30%.  c,- desarrollo de un nuevo sistema de pretratamiento de muestra en an\u00e1lisis elemental para la destrucci\u00f3n de materia org\u00e1nica basado en la acci\u00f3n combinada de los ultrasonidos-ozono; que para el caso concreto del ars\u00e9nico, permiti\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n del mismo en extractos de materiales con
