Y 82 en actividad cl\u00ednica (ac).  la cer., Y la a1at se determinan por nefelometr\u00eda y el col. Por fotocolorimetr\u00eda enzim\u00e1tica. Se eligieron estas tres variables porque las tres se modifican por el cm y no est\u00e1n relacionadas entre s\u00ed.  se emplearon los programas estad\u00edsticos spss y excel. Con este \u00faltimo se construy\u00f3 la ecuaci\u00f3n de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica multivariable (rlmv).  resultados  las medidas de cer., A1at y col., Son 308.95, 205.35 y 169.87 (mg\/dl) respectivamente en mujeres sanas; 409.81, 457.73 y 196.60 (mg\/dl) en enfermas en remisi\u00f3n completa; y 617.95, 605.92 y 207.86 (mg\/dl) en enfermas en actividad c\u00ednica (p&lt;0,001).  conclusiones  estas tres variables conjuntamente permiten establecer el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedad cancerosa frente a los controles normales.
