De esta manera, tras una revisi\u00f3n de la literatura acad\u00e9mica, la idea subyacente de la parte emp\u00edrica consiste en integrar las dimensiones comportamental y actitudinal de una relaci\u00f3n en un indicador \u00fanica, la equidad de la relaci\u00f3n. En la presente tesis se analizan los determinantes que se consideran relevantes para la definici\u00f3n del concepto de lealtad del cliente &#8211; en particular de la calidad de la relaci\u00f3n-. Entre los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes destacan la confianza, la satisfacci\u00f3n y el compromiso. asimismo, se destaca el hecho de calcular la rentabilidad del cliente mediante una correcta imputaci\u00f3n de costes de la relaci\u00f3n siguiendo el sistema contable del activity based costing (abc), con la finalidad de analizar la interacci\u00f3n de la lealtad con el objetivo empresarial de rentabilidad.
