{"id":15209,"date":"2018-03-09T09:02:16","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-mutacional-de-p53-en-neoplasias-hematologicas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:02:16","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:02:16","slug":"analisis-mutacional-de-p53-en-neoplasias-hematologicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/analisis-mutacional-de-p53-en-neoplasias-hematologicas\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis mutacional de p53 en neoplasias hematol\u00f3gicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Josep Nomdedeu Guinot <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las mutaciones puntuales de p53 representan la lesi\u00f3n molecular m\u00e1s com\u00fan en neoplasias humanas y se han asociado con mala evoluci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica.  los objetivos de este trabajo han sido:  * establecer la aplicabilidad del an\u00e1lisis mutacinal de p53 en las neoplasias hematol\u00f3gicas.  * conocer la contribuci\u00f3n de las mutaciones de p53 en las transformaciones agresivas de los s\u00edndromes mieloproliferativos cr\u00f3nicos bcr\/abl-.  * determinar la frecuencia de inactivaci\u00f3n de p53 en leucemias mieloides con reordenamientos mll y con translocaciones cromos\u00f3micas que afectan a 17p.  * analizar la frecuencia de mutaciones de p53 en leucemias agudas linfobl\u00e1sticas de l\u00ednea t y b.  * estudiar el rendimiento del an\u00e1lisis mutacional de p53 en casos con diagn\u00f3stico morfol\u00f3gico de burkitt.  * estudiar la presencia de mutaciones en procesos linfoproliferativos de baja frecuencia; neoplasias nk y reordenamientos npm\/alk.  * conocer la frecuencia de mutaciones de p53 en linfoma folicular.  * comparar el espectro mutacional encontrado en nuestros casos con el descrito en las bases de datos de p53.  * aplicar los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis mutacional de p53 a las muestras obtenidas de dos hermanos pertenecientes a una familia con s\u00edndrome de li-fraumeni.  de los resultados originados en forma de art\u00edculos y anexos se puede concluir que:  * las mutaciones de p53 son eventos moleculares comunes en las transformaciones agresivas de s\u00edndrome mieloproliferativos cr\u00f3nicos bcr\/abl-.  * las neoplasias hematol\u00f3gicas con reordenamientos de 17p presentan a menudo mutaciones del gen p53.  * las neoplasias mieloides con lesiones estructurales del brazo largo del cromosoma 3, a pesar de su mal pron\u00f3stico, no muestran mutaciones de p53.  * las leucemias agudas mieloides del adulto con reordenamientos del gen mll pueden presentar mutaciones de p53.
