Inmaculada <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En las dos ultimas decadas la utilizaci\u00f3n de enzimas en sintesis organica ha adquirido un papel relevante en la preparaci\u00f3n de productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido.  el descubrimiento de que muchos enzimas son activos en disolventes organicos, ha permitido la sintesis de una gran variedad de compuestos mediante procedimientos muy simples, selectivos y de bajo coste, lo que ha permitido que algunos de estos procesos se hayan realizado escala industrial.  esta memoria se divide en dos partes: la parte a consta de un capitulo en el que se estudia la resoluci\u00f3n de un alcohol primario de interes industrial catalizada porlipasas. La parte b se divide en tres capitulos en los que se describen reaccionies de transcianaci\u00f3n enzimamatica catalizadas por la (r)-oxinilitrasa de prunus amigdalus.  parte a:  en este capitulo se estudia la resoluci\u00f3n de 2-fenil-2-metoxietanol catalizada por lipasas. Se realiza un analisis de los distintos factores que interviene en el proceso enzim\u00e1tico (agente de acilaci\u00f3n, disolvente, temperatura, enzima). Tambien se estudia la influencia de la inmovlizacion del enzima de las enantioselectivades de las reaccioines. Este alcohol primario es un inductor quiral de la sintesis de dihidropiridinas.  parte b.  en el segundo capitulo se describe la sintesis (r)-azacicloalcan-3-oles de 6,7 y 8 eslabones. Los productos de partida son (r)-bromocianhidrinas obtenidas mediante un proceso de transcianaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tico catalizado por la (r)-oxinilitrasa de prunus amigdalus. Este trabajo ha dado lugar a la siguiente publicacion:  m.I. Monterde, s.Nazabadioko, f.Rebolledo, r.Brieva, v.Gotor \u00abchemoenzymatic syntesis of azacycloalkan-3-ols\u00bb, tetrahedron.
